Warranty

The Leisurecraft CT MiniPOD sauna body is covered by a 5-Year Residential Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

For the selected Leisurecraft TimberGlow14 wood-burning heater:

• Warranty Length: 5 years
• Exclusions: Glass door, ash grate, and sauna rocks

Leisurecraft’s warranty is limited to the replacement of parts and does not cover associated service, labor, or installation costs.

Warranty coverage applies to the original end-user consumer and is subject to Leisurecraft’s full warranty terms and conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

• Built to Order: Leisurecraft saunas are manufactured based on the selected configuration.
• Estimated Build Date: Production timing is determined by Leisurecraft and may vary based on the selected configuration and current manufacturing schedule.
• Final Delivery Timing: Actual delivery timing depends on production completion, carrier scheduling, and destination.
• Crated Shipment: The CT MiniPOD ships as a sauna kit, with packaged weight varying depending on selected options and heater configuration.
• Delivery Preparation: Customers should review delivery requirements in advance and ensure adequate access for receiving the shipment.
• Continental U.S. Shipping: Standard shipping within the continental United States is included.
• Residential Drop-Ship Fee: A separate $320 residential drop-ship fee applies to each sauna order and covers the carrier arranging a residential delivery appointment.
• Customer Unloading Responsibility: The customer is responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the delivery truck.
• Liftgate Rule: If the crate is 84" or shorter, a liftgate may be available. If it is longer than 84", liftgate unloading is not available and the customer must arrange unloading.
• Optional Tilt/Tow Service: Leisurecraft may arrange tilt/tow delivery for $1,450 if needed.
• Address Changes: After the order leaves the factory, an address change may result in a $350 fee.
• Storage Fees: Delivery delays may result in freight-terminal storage charges of $35/day.

• Assembly: The CT MiniPOD is supplied as a sauna kit and requires assembly. Leisurecraft provides assembly instructions for installation.
• Site Preparation: Customers should ensure the installation area is suitable for the sauna dimensions, chimney configuration, and required heater clearances before ordering.
• Heater Clearances: Installation must follow Leisurecraft’s TimberGlow14 clearance requirements and manufacturer instructions.
• Natural Wood: Because Eastern White Cedar is a natural material, variations in grain, tone, and appearance are expected.
• Wood-Burning Operation: The TimberGlow14 is designed for wood-burning sauna use and supports wood up to 16 inches in length.

• Order Cancellations:
  Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of order entry without penalty. After 14 days, cancellations are subject to a $350 cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled ship date.
• Returns:
  Leisurecraft does not accept standard returns. If Leisurecraft specifically authorizes a product to be returned to the factory, a 20% restocking fee applies, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Leisurecraft will inspect the product and determine any applicable refund.
