This Top Tier Recovery configuration includes the Harvia KIP 6 kW electric sauna heater, flat floor plate, and electric sauna light, giving customers a thoughtfully configured setup without unnecessary add-ons.

The CT Luna is designed for outdoor use and features bronze tempered glass, premium cedar construction, and a weather-resistant roof system built to support year-round enjoyment.

Warranty

• Harvia KIP Electric Heater: 3-Year Warranty
• Leisurecraft’s limited residential warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
• The sauna warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, insufficient or improper maintenance, natural weather conditions, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation, use, and care instructions.
• Valid warranty claims generally provide replacement parts; associated service, labor, and installation costs are not covered.
• The Harvia KIP heater warranty excludes heating elements and sauna rocks.
• All electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician. Failure to follow this requirement may void applicable warranty coverage.

Shipping & Delivery

• Continental U.S. Shipping: Standard shipping within the continental United States is included.
• Residential Drop-Ship Fee: A separate $320 residential drop-ship fee applies to each sauna order. This covers the carrier arranging a residential delivery appointment.
• Freight Delivery: The CT Luna ships in a large freight crate. The trucking company will schedule a delivery appointment and generally deliver to the end of the driveway or curbside.
• Customer Unloading Responsibility: The customer is responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the delivery truck.
• Crates 84" or Shorter: A liftgate may be available to help lower the crate to the ground.
• Crates Longer Than 84": Liftgate unloading is not available. The customer must arrange an appropriate unloading method in advance.
• Unloading Options: Customers may arrange a forklift, telehandler, or other suitable equipment; pick up the crate from the freight terminal using a suitable trailer; arrange a tilt-tow truck; or unload the individual components by hand. Manual unloading is not the recommended option.
• Optional Tilt/Tow Service: If the customer cannot arrange unloading for an oversized crate, Leisurecraft may arrange tilt/tow delivery for an additional $1,450 charge.
• Delivery Access: Customers must confirm that large freight trucks can safely access the delivery location and that there is sufficient space for delivery and unloading.
• Build Time: Estimated build dates are approximate and may change.
• Inspect Upon Delivery: Inspect the crate before accepting delivery. If visible damage is present, take photos and note the damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading before signing.
• Damage Claims: Missing components or shipping-damage claims must be reported promptly and within Leisurecraft’s required claim period.
• Address Changes: Changing the delivery address after the order has left the factory may result in a $350 address-change fee.
• Storage Fees: Delays caused by missed carrier communication or an inability to accept delivery may result in freight-terminal storage charges of $35 per day.
• Returns: 

  Leisurecraft does not accept standard returns. If Leisurecraft specifically authorizes a product to be returned to the factory, a 20% restocking fee applies, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Leisurecraft will inspect the product and determine any applicable refund.

Important Delivery Notice:
This is not standard parcel delivery. The customer is responsible for arranging a safe method to unload the sauna crate from the delivery truck. Please confirm delivery access, unloading equipment, and site readiness before placing your order.

Ordering Information

• Made-to-Order Product: The CT Luna is built and prepared by Leisurecraft after the order is placed. Estimated build dates are approximate and may change.
• Site Preparation: The sauna should be installed on a level, stable base such as a concrete pad, patio stones, or a properly constructed deck.
• Electrical Installation Required: The included Harvia KIP 6 kW electric heater requires proper electrical installation. All electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician.
• Customer Responsibility: Before ordering, customers should confirm that the sauna will fit the intended location and that adequate access is available for freight delivery and unloading.
• Included Configuration: This listing is for Top Tier Recovery’s selected configuration, including the Harvia KIP 6 kW electric heater, sauna stones, flat floor plate, and electric sauna light.
• No Accessory Package Included: Sauna accessory packages and optional accessories are not included unless specifically stated.
• Natural Cedar Finish: This configuration is supplied without an added stain. Natural cedar may gradually change color with outdoor exposure over time.
• Manufacturer Documentation: Assembly, operation, care, and maintenance instructions provided by Leisurecraft and the heater manufacturer should be followed at all times.

• Order Cancellations:
  Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of order entry without penalty. After 14 days, cancellations are subject to a $350 cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled ship date.
