The Leisurecraft CT Granby Cabin Sauna is a compact 3-person outdoor sauna handcrafted in Ontario from locally sourced Eastern White Cedar. Its traditional cabin-style design combines natural warmth, durable construction, and a weather-ready metal shingle roof for a comfortable backyard or cottage sauna experience.

This Top Tier Recovery configuration includes the Harvia KIP 6 kW electric sauna heater, flat floor plate, and electric sauna light in a natural unstained cedar finish.

Warranty

Sauna Structure: 5-Year Residential Limited Warranty
Leisurecraft provides a 5-year residential limited warranty on the sauna structure against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Harvia KIP Electric Heater: 3-Year Limited Warranty
The Harvia KIP heater is covered by a separate 3-year limited warranty.

Important Warranty Notes:

• Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, insufficient maintenance, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions is not covered.
• Heating elements and sauna rocks are excluded from the Harvia heater warranty.
• All electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician. Improper electrical installation may void applicable warranty coverage.
• Valid warranty claims generally cover replacement parts; labor, service, and installation costs are not included.

Shipping & Delivery

Continental U.S. Shipping: Standard shipping within the continental United States is included.

Residential Drop-Ship Fee: A separate $320 residential drop-ship fee applies to each sauna order. This covers the carrier arranging a residential delivery appointment.

Freight Delivery: The CT Granby ships in a large freight crate and is not delivered like a standard parcel.

Customer Unloading Responsibility: The customer is responsible for unloading the sauna crate from the delivery truck.

Delivery Access: Customers must confirm that the delivery location can safely accommodate a large freight truck and that there is enough space for unloading.

Unloading Requirements: If the sauna crate is 84 inches or shorter, a liftgate may be available to assist with lowering the crate. Crates longer than 84 inches cannot be unloaded by liftgate, and the customer must arrange an appropriate unloading method in advance.

Optional Tilt/Tow Service: If the customer cannot arrange unloading for an oversized crate, Leisurecraft may arrange tilt/tow delivery for an additional $1,450 charge.

Inspect Upon Delivery: Inspect the shipment before accepting delivery. If visible damage is present, take photos and note the damage on the carrier’s Bill of Lading before signing.

Damage Claims: Missing components or freight-damage claims must be reported promptly and within Leisurecraft’s required claim period.

Address Changes: Changing the delivery address after the order has left the factory may result in a $350 address-change fee.

Storage Fees: Delays caused by missed carrier communication or inability to accept delivery may result in freight-terminal storage charges of $35 per day.

Important Delivery Notice:
This is not standard parcel delivery. The customer is responsible for arranging a safe method to unload the sauna crate from the delivery truck and should confirm delivery access and site readiness before ordering.
