1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Frozin provides a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless approved by Frozin
• Natural disasters or other events outside the manufacturer’s control
• Operation outside manufacturer specifications

Warranty Claims
Proof of purchase, photos or videos, a description of the issue, and the product serial number when applicable may be required. Frozin may provide replacement parts, repair or replace a component, or replace the unit at its discretion.

Ordering Information
