Warranty

Frozin products include a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use from the date of delivery.

Covered components include:

• Chiller unit

• Factory-installed plumbing and fittings
• Manufacturing defects in the tub structure

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, improper installation or maintenance, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications or repairs, damage from freezing temperatures, improper water chemistry, or commercial/rental/institutional use unless approved by Frozin in writing.

Customers are responsible for proper winterization during freezing conditions. Damage caused by freezing or failure to winterize is not covered.

Approved claims are handled by Frozin on a case-by-case basis and may result in replacement parts, repair, replacement of the affected component, or replacement of the unit.
